A forklift operator is responsible for:
1. Operating forklifts: Safely driving and maneuvering forklifts to move goods and materials.

6. Maintenance: Performing basic maintenance tasks, like battery charging and cleaning.
7. Navigation: Operating in tight spaces, like aisles and loading docks.
8. Stacking and unstacking: Placing and removing items from vertical storage.
9. Weighing and labeling: Verifying weights and labels on shipments.
10. Team collaboration: Working with other operators, warehouse staff, and supervisors.
11. Adhering to regulations: Following safety guidelines, OSHA standards, and company policies.
12. Efficient operation: Minimizing downtime, reducing damage, and increasing productivity.
13. Monitoring inventory levels: Notifying supervisors of low stock or overstock.
14. Cleaning and organization: Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
